Eight years of CAD design experience.
Associates degree in Architecture and Building Engineering Technology.

Became owner of Builder Specialties in 1991 and became President/CEO when business incorporated in 2000.

Business Philosophy:
Matt's objective is to work with individual customers to provide creative and interesting design solutions, by listening to the clients needs and wants to develop projects that will exceed their expectations. By remaining conscious of the process of purchasing a new kitchen or bath, Matt is able to offer clients a variety of design and product options that will ensure that the clients receive the greatest value for their investment.

23 years of experience in the construction trades.
Nine years in the kitchen business, eight of those as a designer.
Seven years CAD design.
Bill has attended numerous design schools and specialty workshops.

Design Philosophy:
Bill believes that the key to good design, is listening to the client to hear their true needs and desires.

Eight years as Operations Manager of Builder Specialties.
Five years as Vice President of Sales. Four years as Marketing Director.
Ten years as Account Executive. Notary Public and Community Volunteer.
Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Leadership Committee.

Achievements:
Recognized numerous times by Xerox Corporation for outstanding performance, including the highest customer retention/satisfaction rating in New England.

Education and Training:
Trebas Institute and the Xerox International Center for Training and Management Development.

Business Philosophy:
Accurately setting, meeting and exceeding expectations directly affects the level of customer satisfaction. My goal is to constantly work to improve our clients' total satisfaction.
